" I had Discount Plumbing come out to my house the other day because the drain in my shower was backing up...it seems to happen every six or so months and this is the third time it has happened (and first time I've called Discount).
The plumber diagnosed the root of the problem (which ironically was roots in my line) instead of just unclogging the drain and leaving. They ran a camera into my line and showed me the actual problem! The solution was to replace a small section of the line and while I was not happy about the problem, I was happy to know the cause and what it was going to take to fix it.

" I had a pipe break outside the house which flooded the yard. I had to shut the water off to the whole house. I looked in the phone book and chose these guys. They arrived in about an hour and had the problem fixed shortly after that. Their guy had everything he needed in his truck, so I didn't have to wait for him to go back to the shop for parts. I was very pleased with this company. "

" I had them run a gas line from my garage into my kitchen to convert an electric stove to a gas range. This was about a year ago and our house hasn't blown up yet! (knock on wood)
Very friendly service. It was a two day job and they were on time both days. I decided to help him in the attic, and he was more than appreciative for the help.
They also installed a water line to my fridge, luckily for that I already had a portion of drywall out since I was doing a kitchen remodel. I was going to do that myself but since they gave a nice discount for the combined jobs. I had him do that for the added insurance.
They bid around the same as the other companies that I had bid on the job, but that is fine because I would question the plumber that comes in a bids low on a gas job.

"A prior contractor basically destroyed our bathroom because he let a pipe leak in the wall of our bathroom and they started leaking while we were gone on vacation. I got online to see who could fix it quick because our house only has one bathroom. I was expecting to have to call one person to fix the plumbing one person to fix the walls and one person to replace the cabinet.
So I called Discount Plumbing to get the plumbing done first. Not only did they come out and get the job done quick, Don the plumber told me that Discount also does bathroom and kitchen remodels. They were able to handle everything and get it done within four days. I was amazed!
I would and have recommended them to anyone. I had my whole problem fixed with one call, LOVED IT!"
